Transparent Conductors: Invisible Materials with High Technology Applications

The use of visual display devices in digital wristwatches, electronic calculators, pocket televisions, laptop computers, and compact camcorders, is not possible without the development of special materials, such as "transparent conductors", which are at the same time, transparent and good conductors of electricity. In this article, we describe briefly these materials and highlight their physics unusual properties.
