Abstract
The article considers the issue of cultural and value transformation of Ukraine through the development of the business ecosystem. Topical problems of development of entrepreneurial culture and human resources, needs to improve the quality of business management, popularization of entrepreneurship and education of a new generation of entrepreneurs are highlighted. The strengths and weaknesses of Ukrainian entrepreneurship are analyzed. Attention is focused on the need to stimulate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the formation of conditions for starting a new business. The competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and the emergence of new enterprises form the potential for future economic growth. The issue of promoting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial initiative of women and youth is becoming increasingly important. The tools of support and priorities for the implementation of the state educational policy aimed at acquiring and developing entrepreneurial skills, which requires consultations and trainings on starting and developing a business, have been identified. The creation of easily accessible educational materials from basic entrepreneurial knowledge and skills will contribute to positive changes. The main priorities of social success of young people in the field of development of the ecosystem of entrepreneurship are formulated, which will contribute to the development of innovative companies and increase the level of perception of current ideas. Technology and globalization require young people to adapt quickly to the changing demands of the labor market, which in turn raises the issue of ensuring an accessible labor market with opportunities that lead to quality jobs for the younger generation. A number of needs for the development of entrepreneurial culture are distinguished; financial literacy and creating conditions for training entrepreneurs to increase the level of their competencies and, as a result, increase the level of competitiveness in the market based on the strategy of integrity and interaction of society on the principle of environmental friendliness of existence and gender equality
