Abstract

The article discusses the modern direction of sensory marketing — the use of touch when influencing the target audience. On the basis of the studied theoretical material and the results of his own sociological research, the author gives practical recommendations for increasing sales through psychological stimulation of the consumer through tactile contact with the offered product.
