Abstract
BA and RULA is a method established in the field of ergonomics that can be used to quickly analyze an operator's work posture and job positions that the upper body performs. Based on the results of the RULA and REBA analyses, it may be determined whether the workers' posture has to be improved in order to lower the risk of injury while working, and the improvements can be made while developing the work system. The application of ergonomic principles would help to increase workers' performance and productivity
