Abstract
The aim of this proposed work is to designing solar charging controller which is very useful in terms of total charge control and active power of solar pv array to reduce the waste of energy. Also for batter cycle control a suitable electrical control panel is designed. to regulate active as well as reactive power and to regulate the path and time interval of the active as well as reactive power from the sun light of power to the storage system. Some of the other aim of this system is to maintain the reliability of power supply to the consumer weather it is industrial, agricultural, commercial and domestic that must be achieved throughout this proposed work. Provide electronic devices that can solve the problem of power management of solar panels. Simulates a diagram of a photovoltaic charging controller. To achieve accurate results according to the test. Overcharging of 12 volts battery to reduce device quality as well as maintenance and extend battery life
