FUNCTIONAL COMPOSITION OF THE COMPUTERIZATION SUBSYSTEM OF THE ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE LABOR POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article is devoted to the study of the necessity and construction of a computerization system for the economic analysis of labor potential in order to identify the most optimal structure of it and the achieved analytical capabilities. Based on the study of the factors that should be taken into account when computerizing economic analysis at the enterprise, and the identified main tasks, objects and sequence of diagnosis and assessment of labor potential, the functional composition of the subsystem of computerization of the analysis of the investigated object of the enterprise is outlined. In accordance with modern approaches to the automation of analytical processes, the functional structure of the subsystem of the computerization of the analysis of the labor potential of the enterprise was formed according to nine modules, the observance of which allows to fully determine the analytical tasks and objects, their interrelationships and the sequence of solutions.
