USE OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS FOR ACCOUNTING FOR PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES IN AGRICULTURE

In the publication, we considered the most common programs for the automation of payroll accounting, which we consider to be the most adapted to the Ukrainian accounting system, namely the «DEBIT Plus» and «BAS» packages. Various types of employee salary calculation supported in the «Agriculture» configuration of the «DEBIT Plus» system are highlighted. And it is also indicated that it is possible to automatically monitor the amount owed to the employees of the enterprise for payment of labor. Carrying out a detailed study of the «Salary calculation» document in the «BAS» system, namely: its purpose, featur es of filling, the possibility of recalculating all the results of the document without re-filling it, as well as the calculation of mandatory taxes withheld from wages. The stages of salary payment through software products, as well as the documents by which salary payment is made, which are formed in the program, are considered.
