Abstract
This study aimed to verify the work process of the oral health team in the municipality of Fernandópolis/SP during the pandemic by the new coronavirus and to verify the biosafety measures adopted by these professionals in this period. Through the results obtained with this study it was possible to identify whether the biosafety measures adopted in the Basic Health Units (BHU) and the Center for Dental Specialties (CEO) of the city of Fernandópolis/SP were sustained, allowing the planning and establishment of strategies for awareness of these individuals and, if necessary, intervention actions.
