Technology parks as centers of economic growth of ukrainian enterprises

The article examines the concept of forming and strengthening the role of technological parks as centers of economic growth of domestic enterprises, which in modern conditions suffer from a lack of necessary resources. As the experience of industrialized countries shows, technological parks are becoming "points of growth" as they are called in China, or "centers of economic breakthrough" in European countries the foundation of rapid economic development. The conditions for the concentration of enterprises within technology parks are the complex of services provided to enterprises by technology parks, to which the services of renting premises, equipment, infrastructure and investments are especially important. Provision of the necessary funds and information and communication support for start-ups that start enterprises that are part of the structures of technology parks create a cumulative effect aimed at mastering the latest technologies and creating, on these bases, science-intensive high-tech goods that will ensure high competitiveness of enterprises on world markets in the future. An important condition for the concentration of enterprises in the structures of technology parks is the provision of many types of services from the side of technology parks, which include marketing services in matters of determining the structure of markets and forming strategic directions for the development of enterprises. Consulting services in the assessment of the possibilities of scientific research and literal design work within the limits of the enterprise and the need to lease equipment and measuring devices. It also becomes a necessary condition for the training and education of personnel of various orientations and professional education, for example, radio electronics technicians, IT specialists, computer network operators, programmers, electromechanics, etc. Such orientation is caused by the modern trend of digitization of industrial relations, and the cornerstone of its orientation is modern digital technologies with their further application at enterprises of technology parks, which are gradually transforming into centers of economic growth.
