Problems and prospects of the theory and practice of law enforcement of the legislation on the protection of honor, dignity, business reputation in the Russian Federation

The Russian Federation is currently on the threshold of a completely new era, both in the political and inevitably in the economic and legal spheres. There are also undermining of diplomatic relations, and economic sanctions from the USA, EU countries and others, leading to disruptions in supply chains, and, as a result, this is accompanied by the adoption of arrays of new legal acts. It is difficult for political scientists, economists and lawyers to analyze the ongoing changes and make any forecasts. The article analyzes the problems of theory and practice of law enforcement of legislation on the protection of honor, dignity, business reputation in the Russian Federation, and also suggests some solutions to these problems.
