Abstract
The article is devoted to the current legislation in the field of legal regulation of the contract for the provision of paid educational services, its essential conditions, features, as well as the main problems arising in connection with paid educational services. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to reform the provisions on education, especially in the field of paid educational services.
