Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of the motivational sphere of a school teacher, describes the study of the motivational sphere and its impact on the socio-psychological climate in an educational organization. The problem areas are identified and the role of the head of an educational organization in increasing the motivational sphere in the teaching staff is outlined.
