Psychological support for the adaptation of young employees at the enterprise

In a scientific article, the author considers the importance of understanding how people adapt to new conditions, what are the mechanisms of adaptation, which has not only theoretical and methodological significance, but also practical. If we talk about the degree of development of the problem of adaptation, then for the first time the problem of adaptation was posed and scientifically substantiated in biology. Ch. Darwin, J. Buffon, J. Lamarck, J. Saint-Hilaire understood adaptation as the basis of survival, that is, they considered it in the context of the concept of evolution.
