SLR of Emotional Intelligence Models and Future Research Agenda

This article is written with an aim to review the literature from the start of the concept and the most famous model developed in the history of this subject. Three models presented in this paper and a strategic literature review is done. The readers of these papers can understand the full concept and related details in one document. For academicians, this paper can be helpful in making student understand the full details of the models that can be used for understanding and implications. For authors and researchers, this article contribute by putting all related literature at one place and can consult this paper for itemized tools in the context of calculation of the concept.
