The new themes in talent management focus on its complexities, including issues of labour markets as well as the general task of dealing with labour uncertainty; and strategic jobs for which investments in talent are likely to yield the greatest return. We review practical themes on modern dimensions, its locus and further outlining its progression over time; which qualitatively formed our bases for generalization of the facts and conclusion proffered
