TRAINING OF FUTURE VOCATIONAL TEACHERS FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK IN DISTANCE LEARNING

Abstract
Introduction. The issue of contingent formation is one of the priorities for every professional (technical) educational institution in Ukraine. The collaboration of professional (technical) and secondary educational institutions is an important factor in increasing the prestige and fame of working professions. At the same time, it has not been sufficiently studied the issue of training pedagogical personnel of professional (technical) educational institutions for professional orientation in the conditions of collaboration with secondary educational institutions. Although building professional orientation competence is a necessary component of the vocational teacher's professional competence. Purpose. The article aims to describe the methodological features and a means of building future vocational teachers' professional orientation competence and skills in the conditions of collaboration with secondary educational institutions. Methods. Educational literature analysis, analogy, induction, deduction, and questionnaire were used. Results. The collaboration of professional (technical) and secondary educational institutions can be a pedagogical interaction at different levels and in different forms. It is essential to organize the interaction of collaborative profession orientation. Implementing the following activities requires forming the future teacher's readiness at a professional educational institution for collaborative professional orientation with secondary educational institutions. Purpose-oriented preparation for collaborative professional orientation of professional and secondary educational institutions in the conditions of distance and mixed learning are necessary options for competent vocational teachers' training.It is surveyed to identify the course's effectiveness and the student's attitude to its study. 36 students from higher educational institutions took part in it. The results gave pieces of evidence that the students positively evaluated activating means in the educational process. Originality. The originality of the study is identified by the justification of the complex means of activating future teachers' training for collaborative professional orientation in the conditions of distance learning. Conclusion. Completing the tasks of the professional orientation course, using means of stimulating educational activity (projects, mental maps), directs the educational process to build future vocational teachers' professional orientation competence and readiness for professional orientation in the collaboration of professional and secondary education institutions in the conditions of distance learning.
