Abstract
The article discusses the features of formulating the issue of the state management of the population quality of life and certain approaches to its solution under modern social and economic conditions. Attention is focused on the role of the theoretical basis of state management of the population quality of life, which provides for the formation of a modern interpretation of basic concepts, the conceptualization of various theoretical constructions in this context.
