The state program of industrial development as a mechanism for the implementation of industrial policy and activation of integration processes between the Donetsk People's Republic and Russian Federation

Based on the orientation to the experience and regulatory framework of the development and implementation of state programs of the Russian Federation, the article suggests the state program for the industrial development of the Donetsk People's Republic. It is proved that the subprogram of the economic reindustrialization should be the basis of the DPR industrial development program. The targets, objectives and priorities of the state industrial development program and the economic reindustrialization subprogram have been defined. Proposals and recommendations for the development and implementation of the state program for the DPR industrial development have been worked out.
