Road Accidents and Their Treatment in the Light of the Sunnah Compared to Traffic Laws

This research presents evidence from the correct Sunnah of the Prophet, through which appropriate solutions to road accidents are found. A remedy for this problem has been found through: presenting the inherited evidence that explains the point of the research, implementing these evidences in a manner consistent with finding solutions to it, and using mental and legal evidence with a clear impact in achieving the purpose of this research.
