Abstract
The results of the analysis of the main functions of the psychological support system for officers and employees of fire and rescue units of the Federal fire service are presented. There are analyzed the specialists opinions taking into account the specifics of the professional activities of officers and employees of fire and rescue units of the Federal fire service. The main components and methods for psychological correction and rehabilitation of employees and employees of fire and rescue units of the Federal fire service are considered.
