AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO THE SITUATION MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the use of situational business management in wartime conditions. The work examines the state and needs of business in the conditions of an unstable external environment and economic uncertainty, and it is determined that the war caused a new impetus for companies to respond more quickly to changes and adapt to new conditions in order to prevent the loss of business. It is systematized that the main prerequisites for the need to improve the economic development of an industrial enterprise are crisis situations of various nature, changes in the external conditions of business, accumulation of development potential, etc. An analysis of the main approaches to enterprise management in the modern business environment allowed us to conclude that none of the approaches in its current understanding satisfies the need for high-quality and effective enterprise management in turbulent conditions. Having systematized the main prerequisites for the need to improve the economic development of the industrial enterprise and analyzed the existing approaches, the need to use a new approach — an integrated approach to the situational management of the enterprise, which will contribute to the leveling of threats and ensuring their optimal development, was substantiated. It was established that the peculiarity of using this approach is the situational adjustment of the current management trajectory, which allows compliance with the conditions of optimal economic development. The use of such an approach provides enterprises with stable functioning by optimizing the management of economic development by functional areas, forming a mechanism for constant renewal and adaptation to changes in the enterprise.
