Abstract
Introduction. The article emphasizes the need for high-quality master's training for future heads of educational institutions, which should ensure a high level of professional training for the teacher to perform the functions of the head of the educational institution. The principal provisions, which are the key points of the modern system of views on management, which is often called the «new management paradigm», are highlighted. Purpose. The article aims to justify the conditions for ensuring a high level of professional training for a teacher before he performs the functions of the head of an educational institution. Methods. Theoretical methods of analysis and generalization of scientific literature, systematization, and generalization of the received information were used. Results. The main directions for using computer programs in management are defined. It was found that the key issue in improving the democratic management of an educational institution is the scientific organization of work, optimization and intensification of the educational process, prevention of contradictions, conflicts of requests and interests, and their minimization. Areas of management informatization are highlighted. Originality. The pedagogical legacy of V. O. Sukhomlynskyi was analyzed, which gives reason to say that the scientist managed to organically combine invaluable practical findings with their scientific understanding. Several modern educational problems are highlighted, which are relevant to society and attractive to consumers of educational services. Conclusion. The principal provisions, which are the key points of the modern system of views on management, which is often called the «new management paradigm», are highlighted. The main directions for using computer programs in management are defined.
