Abstract

His goal of this research is to suggest the creation of a real-time embedded system for the online monitoring and management of industrial machinery. The research focuses on the uses, constraints, difficulties, and potential benefits of such a system. Because they enable the gathering and analysis of data in real time and give users the capacity to operate their equipment and devices based on the analysis of the data, realtime embedded systems (RTES) are essential elements of Internet of Things (IoT) applications. In addition to the ones already mentioned, the real-time embedded system that has been proposed may also be advantageous for the energy, oil and gas, healthcare, agricultural, and transportation sectors. Compatibility, complexity, security, power consumption, cost, maintenance, and scalability are some of the potential issues that might occur while developing and deploying a real-time embedded system for the remote monitoring and management of industrial equipment. These are only a few of the difficulties that could arise. Despite these difficulties, the real-time embedded system might lead to increases in operational effectiveness, cost reduction, output security, and output security. The methods for monitoring and controlling the equipment used in many industries may be considerably improved by the real-time embedded system that has been proposed.
