Abstract
This study examines how orthogonal frequency division multiplexing communication systems are affected by channel estimate methods. The proper assessment of the channel response is required for efficient data transmission, making channel estimation a crucial function in systems. Pilot-based channel estimation, blind channel estimation, and hybrid channel estimation are just a few of the strategies that have been put forth. In this work, we simulate several scenarios to evaluate how these channel estimation algorithms perform on a system. First, we look into the pilot-based channel estimation method, which determines the channel response by inserting pilot symbols into the transmitted signal. The blind channel estimation method, which calculates the channel response without using pilot symbols, is then reviewed. Finally, we evaluate the hybrid channel estimation technique's performance.
