Abstract
The article is devoted to the manifestation of bullying in the school environment as aggressive behavior that is usually repeated. Its purpose is to cause harm, cause fear or anxiety, or create a negative school environment for another person. Bullying is when there is a real or imaginary imbalance of power. Experiencing this phenomenon in school is evidence of the growing discomfort of all participants in the educational process, but the consequences of intimidation extend far beyond school and the school yard. We present the development of the optimal program «Step by step – together to success!», which describes five steps against bullying.
