Abstract

On the basis of theoretical and methodological analysis and pedagogical interpretation of A. Makarenko's humanistic ideas and principles, the semantic and content content of an optimistically-oriented model of professional self-improvement of a teacher is determined. His ideas are of scientific interest for our research in the context of the professional formation of a teacher: A.S. Makarenko's optimism is an acquired quality of personality, faith in oneself and others, based on the ability of a person to set goals and outline plans for achieving success. Comparing the pedagogical ideas of A.S. Makarenko, we came to the conclusion that his principles and methods can serve as a methodological basis for our model of optimism. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the fact that the essence of pedagogical principles and conditions is determined, which contributes to the professional self-improvement of the individual and forms a certain pedagogical model. The Makarenkov model is focused on self-education (with the principle of self-worth in the form of a combination of pedagogical love with pedagogical exactingness) and demonstrates respect not only for the individual, but also interest in the fate of the pupil.
