Psychological characteristics of female convicts employed at the production sites of the correctional institution

The study presents a solution to the urgent problem of female convicts who are not employed at production sites, and manifestations of aggression, anxiety and lack of motivation to work in these persons who are in prison. The peculiarities of the organization of convicts' work and regulations regulating employment, rights and obligations for convicts in places of deprivation of liberty are revealed. Based on the personality characteristics of the convicted women, the basic requirements that their psychological support should meet are determined. These requirements are of practical importance and can be used in the activities of psychological laboratories of correctional colonies of general regime in which convicted women are serving their sentences.
