Features of overcoming negative emotional states by employees of the criminal-executive system female

The article discusses a study conducted on the basis of FKU IK-5 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tver region, aimed at studying the neuropsychic stability of female employees of the penitentiary system. Gender features in the performance of official and official duties in penitentiary institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia are considered. The priority directions of organization of psychological support for women, consisting in the correction of the emotional-volitional sphere of the personality, have been identified. Recommendations were offered for individual and group psycho-corrective measures.
