Abstract
The article deals with the issue of technical reclamation of disturbed lands on the territory of the Dyurtyulinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In accordance with the Land Code of the Russian Federation, enterprises, institutions and organizations, when developing minerals, carrying out construction and other works, are obliged, after completion of work, to bring the disturbed lands and occupied land plots into a condition suitable for their further use for their intended purpose at their own expense.Lands on which vegetation and soil cover are disturbed or completely destroyed, the terrain is changed, cause negative environmental consequences for the environment. Restoration of disturbed lands is possible through the application of a complex of reclamation measures. Land reclamation — measures to prevent land degradation and (or) restore their fertility by bringing land into a condition suitable for their use in accordance with the intended purpose and permitted use, including by eliminating the effects of soil pollution, restoring the fertile soil layer and creating protective forest plantations. In the implementation of reclamation, the problem of choosing the most effective variant of its implementation, the implementation of which at minimal cost will give the highest result and increase the economic value of the formed landscape, is especially relevant. The choice of the direction of reclamation is determined, first of all, by the possibility of maximum ecological rehabilitation of the territory in terms of restoring catchment areas, carrying out biological reclamation and creating a favorable surface landscape. The choice of the direction of reclamation is determined based on the intended use of land and the requirements of GOST R 59060-2020, GOST R 59057-2020. According to GOST R 59060-2020, the agricultural direction of reclamation is accepted. The purpose of the ongoing work on land reclamation is to prepare land for further use, create a living ground cover on mineral soils, protect land from wind and water (precipitation, melt water) erosion.
