Abstract
One crucial part of digital image processing is content-based image retrieval (CBIR). The CBIR is cutting-edge technology that expeditiously retrieves lost data. The first sophisticated search engines, like Google, Yahoo, and Bingo, relied on linguistic interpretation of pictures to provide sequential access to the vast collection of databases. This system could not provide satisfactory results. In this study, we examine the mechanics of the CBIR approach and outline its benefits and drawbacks
