Abstract
The Earth is bathed in an abundance of solar radiation that may be used to many applications, both traditional and otherwise. The production of clean drinking water by the solar distillation process is one of the earliest and most fundamental uses of solar energy. Water is essential to life on Earth, and the sun distillation process for creating drinkable water is rather easy to implement. There are many different designs out there, created by many different researchers. This study compares and contrasts them based on energy measurements to propose the most efficient active solar stills possible
