Abstract
The abrasive particles made scraping the molten material off the surface easier and more efficient, saving both time and energy. In this investigation, we used Design Expert® 11 software to prepare and carry out trials using the central composite design response surface method. Extrusion pressure, electrode rotation speed, abrasive concentration, and current intensity are all examples of process inputs, have been tested for their impact on surface roughness variation, microhardness, and percent Ra improvement of the workpiece. It has been verified that the created method is an improved procedure for producing items with a high surface integrity
