The article develops the prerequisites for the real digitization of public space, which involves the use of electronic means so that social relations in the virtual environment are offered solutions for regulating and responding to developments in the digital domain through coherent and functional anticipation. The security of the digital environment and the complex risks and threats to cybersecurity implicitly impact national, European, and international public space.
