Abstract
Supernumerary Breast or polymastia is a familiar discrepancy of the Breast and occurs along the embryonic milk line, extending between the axilla and groin. About 20% of accessory breast tissue occurs in the axilla, and approximately 67% of ectopic breast tissue occurs below the inframammary crease. The remaining (13%) can occur anywhere along the milk line. It can occur unilaterally or bilaterally. Here, we report an unusual case of fibroadenoma in the bilateral axillary Breast.
