INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

The article reveals the peculiarities of management of the enterprise of the hospitality industry by means of information technologies. It has been established that the wide implementation of information technologies for processing and transmitting information will provide an opportunity to create modern and convenient services for consumers of hospitality industry enterprises. It was found that the impact of information technologies on the development of hospitality industry enterprises is important, as it is directly related to the improvement of the efficiency of both each enterprise and the hospitality industry as a whole. It was determined that the use of information technologies is a necessary condition for the functioning of modern enterprises in the hospitality industry, as it ensures accuracy, efficiency, quick processing and transfer of information. It was found that the use of information technologies in the activities of hospitality industry enterprises is economically feasible and effective, because it contributes to additional sales and cost savings, improvement of service processes, competitive advantages in the market. It has been determined that the modern hospitality industry makes extensive use of the latest information technologies, such as global computerized reservation systems, integrated telecommunication networks, multimedia systems, and management information systems. It has been established that information technologies allow to effectively manage enterprises of any size, from small enterprises to large complexes of the hospitality industry. It was determined that the implementation of information technologies is the key basis for ensuring the efficiency, sustainable development and competitiveness of the enterprises of the hospitality industry. It is proposed to carry out a comprehensive disclosure of the features of the implementation of innovative technologies in the management of enterprises of the hospitality industry in the perspective of the following investigations.
