DIRECTIONS FOR TOURISM RECOVERY IN THE BLACK SEA REGION OF UKRAINE DURING THE POST-WAR PERIOD

It was determined the place of the tourism in the economy of the Black Sea region of Ukraine. The state of the tourism industry in accordance with the change in tax revenues in 2022 was established. Factors complicating the analysis of tourism in the Kherson region have been proven. Emphasis is placed on disturbed natural and urban landscapes in the military actions zone and zone of temporary occupation. It was given the results of UNESCO regarding the destruction of the historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine, and the scale of the crimes committed by the troops of the russian federation is emphasized. The experience of the post-war development of tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina is studied, focusing on the practice of memory tourism implementation. It has been established the real types of tourism activities that can work in the de-occupied territories during the martial law. The prospects of practical tourism, primarily focused on the development of the agricultural sector of the Black Sea region, have been determined. It was established that the level of activity of agricultural producers after de-occupation indicates the promising development of agriculture in the future. It was determined that during the post-war period, the region will be in demand among supporters of «black» and extreme tourism. In this regard, this category of visitors can be used as an information resource. It was emphasized on the need to change the concept of tourism of the Kherson region. Emphases also were placed on the importance of revising the region's tourism product and raising the level of travel culture. In its turn, this will provide an opportunity to create a plan for the restoration of tourist enterprises and minimize investment into reconstruction. It is noted that the entertainment-gastronomic nature of tourist services needs to be reconsidered in the direction of the spiritual-cognitive content of the tourist product, which will allow to clearly orienting the owners in the formation of the development strategy. The development of memory tourism will become an opportunity for the development of enterprises producing the souvenir products and private tours. It has been established that for communities affected by military aggression, visiting tourists can be the beginning of development and popularization of the culture of the southern region.
