PROSPECTS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Transporting the cargo for the optimal time and cost while observing the conditions of the preservation is a difficult task, taking into account the specifics of every individual case. At the international level the situation is complicated by differences in current legislation, crossing customs borders, insurance and cooperation with other companies that make up the complex and multifaceted transport and logistics system of the country and region. Participants of the transport and logistics system ensure the implementation of national and international trade in the part of the implementation of transport services. Further integration of the Ukrainian transportation and logistics system with European and international markets of transport and logistics services will strengthen the competitive position of domestic logistics companies, attract investments in the transport system of Ukraine, create thousands of additional jobs and improve the economic situation in the country as a whole. Formulation of the goals of the article. The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of the transport and logistics system of Ukraine in further international integration and the impact on the restoration of destroyed cities and regions as the result of terrorist attack. The results. The generalization of influencing factors on the development of transport and logistics system of Ukraine shows the priority of reform in the customs sphere and improvement of the infrastructure of logistics centers. The implemented projects had a significant positive impact, however, they solved urgent problems point by point and do not provide solutions to key problems related to attracting long-term investments in the development and construction of the transport and logistics systems of the regions destroyed as a result of the terroristic attacks.The construction of the inter-and multimodal hubs will ensure the industrial development of the destroyed regions and will allow to restore the work of the relocated enterprises. The proposed approach to the systematization of directions for the development of transport and logistics systems of Ukraine emphasizes the importance of combining the efforts of business, international organizations and the state in the construction of inter – and multimodal hubs, which will become the bases for the construction of new transport and logistics regions of Ukraine. Prospects for further research include detailing directions for attracting long-term investments in the restoration and construction of the transport and logistics system of the regions and the country as a whole, destroyed as a result of terrorist attacks.
