FINANCIAL STABILITY MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW

The article considers approaches to improving the efficiency of financial stability management of commercial en‑ terprises in Ukraine in the context of a deep economic crisis caused by the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine. The article defines the concept of financial sustainability of an enterprise, provides components of financial sustainability management, and identifies internal and external factors that affect the management of financial sustainabil‑ ity of modern commercial enterprises. An analysis of liquidity and financial stability of the enterprise on the example of PJSC «MHP» is carried out and recommendations for improving the financial stability of the enterprise are proposed.
