PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPING FUTURE NATURAL SCIENCES TEACHERS’ READINESS TO USE INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Abstract
Introduction. The article examines the concept of «pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of a future science teacher to use interactive technologies in extracurricular activities» as circumstances and opportunities that affect the functioning and development of the pedagogical system, as well as requirements for the pedagogical process that should be followed to achieve effectiveness. It was found out that now the status of a science teacher serves as a basis for him to fulfil the role of the leader of the group. The authors are convinced that the role and functions of the leader of the natural sciences group as a professional and creative person are determined by his professional preparation to carry out high-quality educational and developmental work with students in the conditions of traditional, distance and mixed format, to ensure a high degree of interactivity of the group classes in any conditions. Purpose. The article aims to determine and characterize the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of the future science teacher to use interactive technologies in extracurricular activities. Methods. Theoretical methods were used: analysis of scientific literature (to identify essential and secondary concepts in different interpretations); generalization and systematization (to specify and distinguish the totality of pedagogical conditions); synthesis (combination of separate aspects of different concepts and definition of the concept of «pedagogical conditions», which reflects its essence with new possibilities). Results. The authors defined a set of pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of a future science teacher to use interactive technologies in extracurricular activities (creating positive motivation among students regarding the use of interactive technologies in extracurricular activities; creating an environment of interactive pedagogical support for students during the formation of their readiness to use interactive technologies in extracurricular activities work; study by students of modern Internet services for the organization of interactive classes in the natural sciences) and analysed the peculiarities of their implementation. Conclusion. The conducted theoretical research makes it possible to organize a pedagogical experiment, the purpose of which is to check the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of the future teacher of natural sciences to use interactive technologies in extracurricular activities.
