Abstract
Cardiovascular disease has become the main cause of death in patients with chronic kidney disease. Here, we investigated the relationship of coronary artery calcification and the klotho level in young and middle-aged patients of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) and probed the risk factors of coronary artery calcification. Methods: the clinical data of 64 enrolled patients were collated. Quantification of coronary artery calcification was determined by MSCT for coronary artery calcification score (CACs).
