Perceived protective and authoritarian parental attitudes and traditional gender role perceptions explained 17% of the variance in rumination tendency in women. On the men, perceived protective parental attitudes and traditional gender role perceptions created significant regression model and explained 10% of the variance in the rumination tendency.
