Abstract

Background: BTG1 (B-cell translocation gene 1) might suppress proliferation and cell cycle progression, and induce differentiation, apoptosis, and anti-inflammation. This study aimed to clarify the clinicopathological and prognostic significances of BTG1 mRNA expression in cancers. Methods: We performed a bioinformatics analysis of BTG1 mRNA expression through Oncomine, TCGA and Kaplan-Meier plotter databases up to July 1, 2017.
