Managerial Practice of Public Secondary Schools Administrator in the Division of Sulu

The main purpose of this study was to find out the managerial practices of public secondary school administrators in the Division of Sulu as perceived by their teachers. Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions: 1. What is the demographic profile of the teacher-respondents in terms of age, gender, civil status, religion, educational attainment and place of assignment? 2. To what extent are the managerial practices of the public secondary school administrators in the Division of Sulu along human resource, financial resources, material, machine time, method and marketing management as perceived by the teachers?
