Abstract

In the 21st century, the main means of achieving goals is information, and the success of the development of diplomatic, cultural, and economic relations between countries depends on its quality. Network culture (Internet culture) is the culture of presenting information and the culture of user communication on the Internet. Its development, just like the development of mass or world culture, depends on the contribution of each specific community of people, whether religious or civil. Since the network culture is no longer something separate from people, and is developing at an intensive pace, maximum attention should be paid to its development, because it is the ability to «present» information in a timely, correct and high-quality way in modern society that can ensure the competitive development of the organization, and the country's strategic success on the world arena. The purpose of writing the article is to study the influence of Internet technologies on the communicative culture of society. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the research are the fundamental provisions of economic theory, formal logic, general scientific theoretical methods of grouping and generalization, comparison, which involves a consistent and structural analysis of basic terms and concepts; a combination of methods of historical, systematic and logical-sequential analysis for evaluating the dynamics of the researched processes; analysis and synthesis when studying the dynamics of relevant indicators. At the same time, there is a need for further research into the interconnected problems of Internet technologies and the communicative culture of society, in particular in Ukraine. In connection with the formation of the culture of the information society, the question of analyzing the main spheres of the socio-cultural environment (professional culture, communicative culture, political culture, consumer culture) is becoming relevant. The study of Internet technologies in modern conditions requires a transition to new methodological schemes and the use of up-to-date analytical tools, since a new type of social network relations changes people's behavior patterns, transforms values, generates new cultural preferences and habits, provides a higher level of self-expression of the individual, thanks to the ability to correspond to his real identity or being different in online communication.
