STRATEGIC ASPECTS OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN CHALLENGES

The article is devoted to the study of the relevance of financial security for enterprises in the current conditions of challenges and uncertainties. The main theoretical and methodological provisions that help to understand the essence and complexity of financial security at enterprises are highlighted. The main strategic aspects of financial security of enterprises are analyzed, including the study of the competitive position of the enterprise in the market, its technological potential and the analysis of personnel security, which affects the competitiveness of the enterprise. The author highlights subjective and objective factors that are an important factor in changes in the financial security of enterprises. Among the subjective factors, the author analyzes in detail the efficiency of management, strategic planning and competitiveness of an enterprise. They are crucial for ensuring the sustainability and development of enterprises in a dynamic economic environment. Objective factors, such as the availability of financial resources, the optimal structure of equity capital, the impact of the economic environment and external economic factors, are also taken into account in the analysis of financial security. In addition, the risks that can also undermine the financial security of an enterprise are considered in detail. Such mistakes include the wrong choice of business area, insufficient assessment of market conditions, incorrect development strategy, and problems in financial planning. Given the current realities for the functioning of Ukrainian enterprises, the author emphasizes the importance of monitoring and analyzing the factors affecting financial security. This approach will help to understand the peculiarities of the economic environment and develop an effective anti-crisis management strategy at the enterprise. The author also emphasizes the need for a systematic approach to ensuring financial security and taking into account various factors that may affect it.
