A STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HAPPINESS QUOTIENT AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AMONG IT PROFESSIONALS IN PUNE CITY

The purpose of the present study is to determine the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Happiness Quotient among Employees. The participants in this study are IT employees in the Pune region. The objective of the study is to find the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Happiness Quotient. The research conducted through a convenient sampling method. A total of 112 respondents from IT industries participated in this research survey. SPSS software version 28 is used to analyzing and interpreting the collected data. Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation, Regression analysis is used to analyze the data. The investigated result shows the positive significant relationship between the Emotional Intelligence and Happiness Quotient of Employees.
