Problems and prospects of modern management of the Russian Federation

The management of an economic entity has had problems and difficulties since its inception. These difficulties were predetermined by factors such as incompetence regarding the choice of management methods, motivation, choice of solutions, etc. In the process of solving emerging problems, new principles of achieving goals, management, quality control, etc. were formed. The existing achieved results in management represent a large part of the development and experience of Japan, Europe, the USA and other countries. For Russia, these approaches are not always acceptable due to its differences in mentality and level of economic development. However, management problems are of particular importance today. This determines the relevance of this work.
