In the scientific article, the author analyzes the problems of criminal law regulation of illegal arms trafficking. The social relations that have formed over the past decades in our society: crisis manifestations in the economy, the political sphere, the public sphere, the lowering of the authority of authorities and management — are reflected in the rise in crime, largely affecting the social component of the country.
