—This study was prompted by the standard of developing learner's literacy skills, such as vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension, in grade 3 learners. Understanding the teachers' attitudes toward the MTB-MLE and their development of English literacy skills may aid in the decision-making of policymakers, school administrators, parents, and students.
