Abstract

The phenomenon of military development and maintaining and strengthening world peace is of significant importance in international politics. International communities have made many efforts to achieve world peace; But the level of success and performance of governments and international organizations in this field shows significant differences. The approach of the United States and the European Union to military developments and world peace is also one of these differences. The approach of these two actors towards the issue of military development and world peace in general has different views and processes, and this policy has undergone significant changes over the past years based on the politicians' understanding of international conditions. The present article aims to compare and examine the two different approaches of the United States and the European Union towards military developments and world peace in a descriptive-analytical way and by referring to the library method, it examines the various dimensions of the role and influence of these two actors on them and the differences and similarities. Analyzes. The upcoming article seeks to answer the question, what are the differences in the approach of the United States and the European Union in the issue of military development and world peace? Referring to the history of both efforts in the field of military development and world peace, in general, the US approaches to trying to maintain military superiority and hegemony at the world level, while the European Union emphasizes peace and regulation of international relations.
